Principles
Purpose of This Section
The Principles section defines the core values that guide all NWAF™ governance decisions, behaviours and processes. These principles ensure that the system remains consistent, lawful, accessible and aligned with the Founder’s intent.
They act as the ethical and structural backbone of the entire governance framework.
NWAF™ Governance Principles
1. Clarity
All governance content must be simple, unambiguous and easy to understand. Clarity protects users, reduces errors and supports fair decision making.
2. Accessibility
All content, processes and systems must meet WCAG 2.2 AA and be usable by all users, including those using assistive technologies.
3. Legal Accuracy
Every governance rule must align with relevant legislation, regulatory expectations and NWAF™’s trademark protections.
4. Consistency
Governance decisions must be applied uniformly across all organisations and contexts. Consistency ensures fairness and protects the integrity of the system.
5. Accountability
Roles and responsibilities must be clear, owned and traceable. Every decision must have a responsible owner.
6. Transparency
Governance processes, decisions and standards must be open, documented and accessible to users.
7. Stability
The governance system must remain predictable, structured and founder‑led. Changes must follow formal version control and approval processes.
8. Continuous Improvement
Governance must evolve through audits, feedback, learning and maturity assessments — without compromising stability.
