Purpose of This Section

The Review & Evaluation section defines how NWAF™ assesses the effectiveness, quality and impact of its governance system. It ensures that governance is:

  • monitored

  • evaluated

  • evidence‑based

  • aligned with Founder standards

  • continuously improved

Review & Evaluation protects long‑term stability and ensures NWAF™ remains a national‑grade governance framework.

1. Review & Evaluation Principles

All review activity must follow these principles:

1.1 Objectivity

Reviews must be fair, unbiased and based on evidence.

1.2 Transparency

Evaluation outcomes must be documented and traceable.

1.3 Accessibility

Review processes must be accessible to all users, including disabled people.

1.4 Legal & Compliance Alignment

Reviews must ensure governance meets legal, regulatory and accessibility requirements.

1.5 Consistency

Evaluation must follow a standard, repeatable method.

1.6 Founder‑Led Direction

The Founder approves evaluation criteria and major review outcomes.

2. Types of Reviews

NWAF™ uses three levels of review:

2.1 Monthly Reviews

  • metadata checks

  • accessibility checks

  • issue resolution

  • minor content corrections

  • user feedback review

2.2 Quarterly Reviews

  • full governance audit

  • KPI and performance review

  • risk register update

  • compliance assessment

  • accessibility audit

2.3 Annual Evaluation

  • full governance maturity assessment

  • strategic alignment review

  • legal and accessibility review

  • roadmap update

  • Founder sign‑off

These cycles ensure governance remains stable, accurate and aligned with national‑grade standards.

3. Evaluation Criteria

Evaluation assesses:

  • accuracy of governance content

  • accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2 AA)

  • legal and regulatory alignment

  • structural consistency

  • user experience and usability

  • organisational compliance

  • performance against KPIs

  • risk and issue trends

  • effectiveness of governance processes

Criteria must be approved by the Founder.

4. Review & Evaluation Process

All reviews must follow this process:

  1. Define the scope of the review

  2. Collect evidence and data

  3. Assess accessibility, legal and structural compliance

  4. Identify risks, gaps or inconsistencies

  5. Consult Leads and Oversight

  6. Document findings

  7. Submit recommendations to the Founder

  8. Approve actions and improvements

  9. Record outcomes in version control

  10. Communicate updates to users

This ensures reviews are structured, traceable and compliant.

5. Roles & Responsibilities

5.1 Founder

  • Approves evaluation criteria

  • Signs off annual review outcomes

  • Ensures alignment with NWAF™ vision

  • Protects institutional integrity

5.2 Oversight

  • Leads review cycles

  • Ensures compliance and risk management

  • Coordinates audits

  • Escalates issues

5.3 Leads

  • Provide expert input

  • Assess domain‑specific performance

  • Support evaluation activities

5.4 Organisations

  • Participate in reviews

  • Provide accurate information

  • Apply recommended improvements

5.5 Users

  • Provide feedback

  • Report issues

  • Support evaluation through engagement

6. Review Outputs

Review outputs may include:

  • audit reports

  • accessibility findings

  • compliance assessments

  • performance dashboards

  • improvement recommendations

  • updated governance content

  • risk and issue summaries

All outputs must be recorded in version control.
